·       We work directly with your physician to identify your mobility needs, coordinate your Medicare and or health insurance benefits, file the claims, and process all the paperwork, so you don’t have too.

·       Below is a short Personal Mobility Assessment questionnaire.  Take a moment, read over these 6 questions and if you answered “yes” to any of them please call us @ 478-922-2889 to speak with one of our trained expert mobility consultants to discuss your needs.

1.    Do you have health-related issues that limit your mobility?

2.    Have you fallen in the past year?

3.    Are you having trouble getting to your kitchen or dining facility by your self for a meal?

4.    Is it difficult for you to get to the bathroom on your own?

5.    Are you unable to easily access your clothes and dress yourself each day?

6.    Have you lost the ability to operate a manual wheelchair inside your home?
